FURTHERMORE, THE HIDDEN GEM SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH CANDLE BURNING.

RETURN POLICY

At The Hidden Gem, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, at this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
